Overview

TSx Elite system adopts advanced automation and digital technologyThe system is one of the core products fully developed by Consen’s product R&D department. TSxElite was developed with Consen's existing TUV-certified safety and critical control system in mind. Therefore, TSxElite inherited the development process and specifications of the TSxPlus. The similarities include system design, design process, component selection, manufacturing, and integration to name a few.TSxElite also follows CE(EMC), CE(LVD) EU certification, G3 anti-corrosion certification and ROHS environmental protection certification standards. TSx Elite system can be widely used for industrial automation control in process industries, including petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical, fine chemical, power, renewable energy, metal, minerals, municipal engineering, pulp&paper, wastewater treatment, food and beverage, etc.

System Composition

TSx Elite system provides proprietary encryption algorithm encapsulation technology to protect users' technical assets. At the same time, the system is designed with forward-looking and consistent architecture, hardware compatibility and software continuity to protect the customer's investment assets over the life of the investment.

The TSx Elite system consists of a control unit (PM901) and an IOBus bus distributor (BI901), a data acquisition unit (IO module and communication module), a human-machine interface unit (operator station), a system configuration unit (engineer station), a data storage unit (alarm server and trend server), a communication unit (control network INet and system network SNet), and a power supply unit (AC distribution module and DC distribution module).

TSx Elite system software adopts the modular design concept, mainly including: engineering configuration software, operator monitoring software, and history service software; at the same time, the system has OPC software for external data communication. The system software supports cross-platform operation and can be deployed on Windows and Linux systems.
