The TSxPlus system is a safety and critical control system developed by Consen for industrial automation process industry applications. This system possesses completely independent intellectual property rights and has obtained functional safety certification and information security certification from TÜV Rheinland. It meets the SC3 system capability level and SIL3 safety integrity level as defined in IEC 61508/IEC 61511.

TSxPlus adopts a fully triple modular redundant (2oo3D) design with a 3-2-1-0 degradation mode, ensuring both high safety and operational availability.
Achieves functional safety certification alongside European and U.S. cybersecurity certifications, meeting the highest industry standards.
Supports fast and slow tasks in the same system (e.g., ESD tasks at 200ms cycle time, turbine control tasks at 20ms cycle time).
Main controller execution cycle can be configured as short as 5ms, enabling control loop response times under 15ms.
Supports star and bus topologies, with up to 14 expansion racks per station for flexible system scaling.
